Many may think that it is simply impossible to combine this fruit, meat and mayonnaise. In fact, a similar pineapple salad turns out to be very tasty and satisfying. You can experiment with products and get new and unusual dishes.

Option 1

For this salad, you need to take the following ingredients: half a kilogram of chicken (any part, for example, fillet, breast or chicken legs), you will also need a jar of pineapple and corn, 3 eggs, about 120 g of cheese and mayonnaise for dressing.

Interestingly, this salad can be laid out in layers or just mix all the ingredients. Consider the first option.

    The selected part of the chicken must be boiled, cut into small cubes and put on the bottom of the salad bowl. The top layer is smeared with mayonnaise.

  2. Drain the liquid from the corn, put on top of the chicken and brush with mayonnaise again.
  3. IfIf you bought pineapples in rings, then they must be cut into slices, and if you bought them already chopped, then immediately lay them out in the next layer. Brush again with mayonnaise.
  4. The next layer is boiled eggs chopped on a large grater and mayonnaise again.

This pineapple salad with cheese is very tender and light. It is prepared simply and quickly. For this dish, you need to take the following ingredients: a jar of canned pineapple and mushrooms. In addition, you will need 3 chicken breasts, about 150 g of cheese, herbs and mayonnaise. If you do not use such a dressing, then replace it with sour cream.

Cooking process

This salad can be served in completely different ways, we suggest doing it in portioned bowls.

  1. In this version, the chicken is not boiled, but cooked in the oven. To do this, first s alt and pepper the breasts, and then send them to the oven for 35 minutes, which must be heated to 180 degrees.
  2. All ingredients should be finely chopped. They are laid out in this order: mushrooms, pineapple, chicken, pineapple, mushrooms, herbs, a little mayonnaise, and chopped on a fine grater on topcheese.

Option 3

Crab and pineapple salad is present on the festive table of many families. To prepare this dish, you need to take the following products: a large jar of pineapples, 4 eggs, about 120 g of cheese, the same amount of crab sticks, lettuce, herbs and mayonnaise.

  2. The salad is laid out in an unusual way. Put the pineapple rings on a flat dish, lettuce leaves on them, and then the other ingredients. Top with a little ground black pepper.

Option 4

Pineapple salad, the recipe of which we will now consider, is very fresh and tasty. This dish is sure to please many. For this option, take the following ingredients: fresh pineapple, 320 g of peeled shrimp. For refueling you need: 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon and the same amount of orange juice, 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, literally a drop of honey, herbs, s alt and pepper.

  1. Pineapple should be cut in half and with a sharp knife or spoon remove the middle. It is important that the walls remain intact, as this will be our "plate".
  2. Pineapple pulp should be cut into cubes. The main thing is to remove the hardcore.
  3. Clean shrimp must be s alted and then fried in olive oil for two minutes on each side.
  4. Now prepare the dressing separately. To do this, mix orange and lemon juice, honey, sugar, chopped herbs, a little olive oil, s alt and pepper. The sauce must be thoroughly mixed until smooth.
  5. In a bowl, combine shrimp and pineapple, add dressing and stir. Then put in half a pineapple. This pineapple salad can also be served with regular mayonnaise.

Option 5

This pineapple salad is similar to the previous version, but it is a little more difficult to prepare. For this dish, you need to take the following ingredients: fresh pineapple, 25 king prawns, a small bell pepper, avocado, leek and arugula. For refueling you need: 3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice, 100 ml of olive oil, 3 teaspoons of grain mustard and the same amount of grated ginger, s alt and pepper.

Cooking process

  1. As in the previous version, you need to cut and peel the pineapple.
  2. Cut fruits and vegetables into cubes, and onions into half rings.
  3. The shrimps need to be boiled, it will take you about 4 minutes.
  4. In a jar, combine dressing ingredients, close lid and shake a few times. Dress salad with prepared sauce.
  5. Put arugula on the bottom of the pineapple and lettuce on top.
