Make a delicious yeast cake with raisins in a slow cooker
Before you start baking homemade dessert, you need to prepare the following ingredients:
- granulated yeast - 4g;
- wheat flour - about 700 mg;
- drinking warm water - 1 cup;
- whole milk - 2 cups;
- table s alt - a pinch;
- light sugar - 3 large spoons (1 of them for filling);
- melted butter - 130 g;
- large egg - 1 pc.;
- dark seedless raisins - 400g;
- ripe bananas – 3 pieces
Preparing dough
The raisin pie, the recipe of which we are considering, turns out to be very satisfying and tasty. To prepare it, you need to knead the yeast base. To do this, take warm drinking water and mix it with whole milk. Then white sugar and granulated yeast are added to the ingredients. After waiting for their dissolution, melted butter, table s alt, beaten egg andsifted flour.
After mixing all the components, a homogeneous dough is obtained. It is covered with a towel and left warm for 95 minutes. Periodically, the base is wrinkled with hands so that the dough settles and rises again.

Preparing the filling

So, to make a delicious cheesecake with raisins and nuts, you need to purchase:
- yeast-free ready-made puff pastry (buy at the store) - about 400 g;
- raw medium-sized eggs - 3 pcs.;
- wheat flour - ½ cup;
- cottage cheese 15% (you can take rustic, wet) - about 350 g;
- butter fresh butter - about 50g;
- white sugar - 2 large spoons;
- medium-sized lemon - ½ fruit;
- pitted black raisins - 1 cup;
- walnuts - ½ cup.

Preparing the foundation
Before you make a pie with cottage cheese and raisins, you must first remove the puff pastry from the freezer and let it thaw completely. Then the layers need to be flavored with wheat flour and rolled out into two rectangular sheets (along one side).
Processing the filling
After the dough is prepared, start processing the filling. To do this, take raw medium-sized eggs and beat them with a whisk. Then granulated sugar, wet fat cottage cheese and lightly fried walnuts are added to them.
Having received a liquid curd mass, it is brought to a density by adding dark seedless raisins. However, before that, dried fruits should be carefully processed. They are cleaned of existing debris, scalded with boiling water and kept in it for 25 minutes. After that, the raisins are thrown into a sieve and washed well in cool water.
Putting the dried fruits to the egg-curd mass, mix it thoroughly. The output is a thick and sweet filling.
Puff cake forming process
For the formation of a layer cake use a large wind sheet. A rectangular layer of dough is laid out on it, on which, in turn, the entire filling is placed (not reaching the edges of 2-3 centimeters). Then the egg-curd mass with raisins and nuts is covered with a second base sheet and the edges are strongly pinched.
Heat treatment of the pie in the oven
Having formed a puff cake, it is immediately sent to a preheated oven. At a temperature of 193 degrees, the product is baked for 42 minutes. During this period of time, the dessert should become lush, ruddy and slightly crumbly.
How to serve with tea?
After the curd cake with raisins is baked, it is carefully removed from the oven. After partially cooling the product, it is cut into portioned pieces and distributed on plates. By the way, if you do this immediately after heat treatment, then, most likely, all the filling will flow out.
