- favorite pasta - 1 pack (400g);
- hot boiled water - 500 ml (may need more or less);
- vegetable oil - 50 ml;

Cooking
- Based on the Armenian pasta recipe, start by heating the oil in a deep frying pan. The oil should be hot but not boiling.
- So, pour the whole pack of pasta into the hot oil, mix.
- Fry our Armenian pasta for 10-15 minutes over moderate heat, stirring constantlyspatula. The pasta should be a nice, even, golden brown color.
- Then, without removing the pan from the stove, pour our pasta with hot water. The water should only slightly cover the product. At this stage, it is better to s alt the dish.
- Next, you need to cover the dishes with a lid and leave to simmer over low heat until the liquid is completely absorbed by the pasta (it will take about 5-7 minutes).
- While the Armenian pasta is cooked under the lid, we will prepare the eggs. They need to be broken into a bowl and lightly beat with a fork or whisk along with s alt and your favorite spices. Ideal for pasta dishes are: dried basil, oregano, mint, garlic, red and black pepper, marjoram. In this case, it is better to focus on your unique taste and not be afraid to experiment.
- Check our frying pan, open the lid and evaluate the condition of the dish. If all the water has been absorbed into the pasta and the consistency suits us, pour the culinary masterpiece with beaten eggs, mix, cover again and keep on low heat for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the lid, stir again and serve the finished dish on the table, at which the hungry family is already banging spoons on empty plates.

Armenian-style pasta is good on its own, but you can try to enrich their taste by serving fresh vegetable salads, spicy sauces or simply sprinkling them with cheese. Many people really like to season this dish with finely chopped fresh herbs.(parsley, basil, cilantro) and grated parmesan.
Parmesan adds a nice creamy flavor to the culinary products, while the greens simply decorate the dish and complement it with fresh, spicy flavors.
I would like to dwell a little on sauces. They should not be heavy or too greasy. Greek tzatziki sauce is ideal, which is easy and simple to prepare.
