- At the same time, put a large pot of water on the fire, bring it to a boil. Then throw in the potatoes. S alt the dish to your liking. Cook over medium heat for ten minutes.
- Then fry the onions and carrots in a preheated pan for ten minutes. In the process, do not forget to interfere.
- Next, send the frying to the pan with the potatoes. Throw cereals and mushrooms there. Then mix thoroughly.
- Add the same pepper, bay leaf. Cover the pot, reduce the heat and simmer for another thirteen minutes. The dish can be served either simply with herbs or with sour cream.

- 1 large carrot;
- 5 tbsp. spoons of buckwheat;
- one onion;
- 1 baby potato;
- 50 ml vegetable oil;
- 2 liters of meat broth.

- Pre-boil the broth.
- Then put it on the stove to boil again. Then send the potatoes there, let them cook.
