- 20 g tobiko caviar (flying fish).
The cooking technology is extremely simple:
- First you need to boil the rice. This must be done strictly according to the technology indicated on each package.
- Add vinegar to the finished product.
- Wash the cucumbers and, together with the fish fillet, cut into neat thin sticks.
- Spread "makisa" (mat for rolls) covered with cling film on the table.
- Place a sheet of nori on it.
- Gently spread the rice on it, not reaching the edge on one side by about a centimeter.
- Put a cucumber in the middle and a piece of tuna next to it.
- Twist the products into a sausage, wrapping the roll away from you.
- Cut the blank first in half, andthen each piece for another 3 or 4 pieces.
Tobiko caviar will be a mandatory addition for such a dish, which must be placed on the edge of the plate.

Rolls with canned tuna are prepared in the same way. For work, the same devices are required (mat, bowl of water and a knife). But the set of products in this case needs a slightly different one:
- 500g speci alty rice;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 2 nori sheets;
- canned tuna (200g);
- a couple tablespoons of rice vinegar.
Method of cooking:
- Cook rice. At the same time, it should never be s alted.
