Recipe for homemade condensed milk

Condensed milk will be the most useful if you make it at home, with your own hands. It's not as difficult as it might seem. You just need to stock up on a liter of fresh homemade milk and a glass of sugar (you can replace it with powdered sugar). From the dishes you will need a stainless steel pan and a spoon (preferably wooden!) When everything is prepared, you can proceed to the preparation of goodies. The sequence of actions is as follows:

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan and put on a slow fire.
  2. Boil it. Immediately pour from the dishes about 1 tbsp. liquid.
  3. Dissolve all available sugar in a glass of hot milk, stir.
