Ingredients:
- half a liter of fat sour cream;
- flour - one and a half glasses;
- butter – 100gram;
- a pair of eggs;
- grapes - 200 grams;
- sugar - one glass.
How to cook:
- From the total amount of cooked flour, select three tablespoons, mix the rest with butter. Then an egg and two tablespoons of sugar interfere there. Next, the dough must be kneaded and placed in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Grease the form with oil and put the dough into it, be sure to make the sides.
- Berries are laid out on top of the dough. They can be pre-crushed.
- To prepare the filling, you need to mix sour cream, the remaining flour, sugar and an egg. Beat all this and pour over the mass of grapes.
- The cake is baked at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Until the sour cream turns rosy.
How to choose grapes
