For cream:
- 1 cup egg whites;
- 700 grams of uns alted butter;
- 700 grams of powdered sugar;
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract;
- 1/2 teaspoon s alt.
How to make green velvet cake?
Preheat the oven to 190°C and prepare two identical baking pans.
Beat eggs with vegetable oil, melted butter, buttermilk, vinegar and food coloring until smooth.
Place the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and stir. Slowly add the resulting mixture to the mass prepared in the above step. Place on the stove and heat for a minute, stirring and not boiling.
Pour batter evenly into molds and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Cool completely until creamy.
How to make cream?
Place the egg whites and icing sugar in a mixing bowl and start beating, gradually adding small pieces of butter and then vanilla and s alt. Beat everything at high speed until airy. Then reduce the mixer speed and continue mixing for another 15-20 minutes until all air bubbles are gone.

Place the first cakeon a serving platter and brush with a thick layer of cream. Put the second cake on it, grease the dessert with the remaining cream on the sides and top. If you want your green cake to have the same color on top, use colored coconut flakes or jelly beans as a topping.

- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk, well shaken;
- 1 tablespoon green food coloring;
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract;
- 2 cups granulated sugar;
- 1 cup uns alted butter, room temperature;
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten.
For cream:
- half a cup of all-purpose flour;
- one and a half glasses of milk;
- one and a half cups of uns alted butter at room temperature;
- one and a half cups of granulated sugar;
- 4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract;
- a pinch of fine s alt;
- green liquid or gel food coloring;

How to make a green cake?
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Butter three identical round cake tins and line them with parchment paper.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and s alt in a medium bowl, set aside. Whisk buttermilk, food coloring and vanilla in a tall bowl.
Beat granulated sugar and butter in a separate bowl on medium speed. This will take about five minutes until the mass becomes very light and airy. While the mixer is still running, slowly add the eggs and beat until fully combined. Reduce the speed to the lowest setting and gradually add the flour and buttermilk mixtures in small batches alternately. You should have a completely homogeneous mass.
Spread the dough evenly between the three molds. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in the pans for 15 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
To make green cream cake, place flour in a small saucepan. Gently pour in about half a glass of milk, stir until the lumps are completely broken. Slowly add the remaining milk while stirring. The mixture should be very homogeneous. Heat it over medium heat, whisking continuously with a fork, until very thick (about 5 minutes). Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover with cling film and cool completely. This will take approximately 45 minutes.
Using a mixer equipped with paddles, beat butter and sugar-sand at medium speed to airiness. Add the chilled flour and milk mixture a tablespoon at a time and mix until smooth. Connect whisks to the mixer instead of spatulas and add vanilla, s alt and 3 to 5 drops of food coloring. Beat until very light and airy.
