You can store such an onion with vinegar for up to 6 days in the refrigerator.

Since there is no bitterness in such varieties, it is enough to peel the vegetable, chop, add s alt and vinegar to taste and leave in a cool place for several hours.

And all because it will be pickled along with beets, so it will acquire a beautiful beet shade. So, we need 1 kg of onions and beets. Peel and cut vegetables.
