To make the dough you will need:

  • five chicken eggs,
  • sugar - one glass,
  • wheat flour (about two cups),
  • 200 grams of margarine,
  • half teaspoon of tea soda,
  • four tablespoons of cocoa.

For the cream you need:

  • 200 grams of butter,
  • a can of regular condensed milk.

To cookicing, take:

  • three tablespoons of milk,
  • 50 grams of butter,
  • four tablespoons of sugar and the same amount of cocoa.

In a large bowl, break eggs, add sugar and beat with a whisk or blender. Add cocoa, soda to this mass, mix well until smooth. In another bowl, grind the softened or grated margarine with flour into crumbs. We got two bowls: one with crumbs and the other with chocolate-egg mixture.

Now they need to be carefully combined and kneaded thoroughly. Pour the finished dough immediately onto a greased baking sheet and bake for about twenty-five minutes at a temperature of 200 °. Bake the cake immediately, otherwise the soda will lose its properties and the cake will not rise.

While the cake is baking, combine the condensed milk with softened butter and beat well with a mixer until smooth. Grind walnuts with a knife or using a blender. By this time, the cake is ready. We cut it into small pieces so that it cools faster. Put these pieces in a deep cup, add nuts, cream and mix everything well.

Put the contents of the cup on a beautiful dish, press it tightly, giving the necessary shape. This dough can be molded into various shapes, as it is very malleable and soft.

It's time to make the frosting. Combine the sugar and cocoa and stir them into the slightly warmed milk. Mix this with a whiskmass, over low heat, bring it to a state of uniformity, add oil. Now bring this whole mixture to a boil and pour over the cake, carefully spreading the icing over the entire surface and sides.

There is a small touch left - cake decoration. You can use leftover nut crumbs, some ready-made sugar figures, or you can leave the cake in its original form.

You will need:

How to cook?
