First, break the cookies into small pieces and mix them with the melted butter. We spread the resulting mass on the bottom of a collapsible baking dish. This will be the basis for our dessert. To do this, the cottage cheese, which can be previously rubbed through a sieve if necessary, is combined with sour cream and sugar. Beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Separately, blueberries should be ground to a puree state. The curd mass must be divided into two parts. Moreover, one of them should be about a quarter smaller than the other. To a smaller part, add the resulting blueberry puree. Mix well.
Now we should soak the gelatin in a little water. Slightly heat the cream in a saucepan, without bringing it to a boil. When the gelatin swells, add it to the dishes on the stove. Stir until it completely dissolves. Add the resulting mass in equal proportions to both parts of the cream.

The basis for the cake is ready, you can proceed to the filling.
To do this, use a blender to make blueberry puree. Gelatin is soaked for 10 minutes in 100 milliliters of cold water. After it swells, put it on the stove and heat it over low heat, without bringing it to a boil. Add the resulting blueberry puree, mix. Remove from stove and leave to cool.
Combine sour cream with vanilla and honey in a separate bowl. We beat. Pour the resulting blueberry mass to the sour cream. Now you can proceed to the formation of the cake.
