Ingredients:

- plain water - 3 cups;
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
Practical part

- Washed spinach leaves (whole) are sent to the pan with quinoa.

- Heat up the pan. Put chopped garlic and paprika in it. Fry using oil. This will take approximately 5 minutes. Now you can send shrimp to the pan. Fry them on both sides (1-2 minutes each). The shrimp should be golden brown. But overcooking this seafood is not necessary.

- spices;
- 1 tsp canned capers.
Cooking process
- First of all, you need to marinate the chicken. In a bowl, combine chopped garlic and basil, wig and turmeric in the right amount. Drizzle with soy sauce, oil and lime juice. Chickenthighs (fillets) are placed in a deep bowl. Pour them with the prepared marinade. Press the meat on top with a saucer. Leave the chicken like this for half an hour.
- Put the washed cereal in a saucepan. Pour in 20 tbsp. l. water. Cook for 25 minutes. Pour the contents of the pan into a sieve. Excess liquid should drain. And wash the cereal again in cool water.
- Now let's start processing vegetables. We wash and clean them. We chop the cucumbers into cubes, and the pepper into strips. Just cut the tomatoes in half.
- Combine vegetables with cooled cereals.
