The unusual name of the soup was due to its appearance. Its fragrant hot broth really does have curly flakes. This effect is achieved by adding the most ordinary raw egg. It is slightly shaken using a whisk or fork, and the resulting mixture is poured into the boiling broth in small portions.
Chicken soup with curls

- any chicken parts - 500 grams;
- lean oil without aromatization - for sautéing;

Sorrel
In winter, those who have taken care of the greens in the freezer since the summer can treat themselves to such a "curly" dish. Ingredients:
- Any meat broth - 3-4 liters.
- Potatoes - 2-4 pieces.
- Sorrel - 100-300 grams.
- Egg - 2-4 pieces.
- Table vinegar 9% - 1-2 tablespoons. Attention! Never confuse vinegar and vinegar essence. Essence is a very concentrated composition, unacceptable for use without repeated dilution with water.
- Onion - 1 head.
- Carrot - optional.
- S alt and pepper to taste.
How to cook curly sorrel soup
Wash and peel potatoes and carrots. Remove the husk from the onion.
Send chopped potatoes to the pot with ready-made broth. S alt the base and put on moderate heat. Cook until the root crop is half cooked. At this point, chop the onion and, if using, grate the carrot.
Heating a frying pan with lean fat. Fry the onion until golden brown. Bring carrots to softness. This process will take approximately 8 minutes.
As soon as the potatoes in the soup are cooked, we will send all the vegetable frying to the pan. Make sure you have enough s alt and pepper in your soup. We spread the sorrel. Break all the eggs into a separate bowl, mix them with a fork until smooth. We expect a barely perceptible boiling of the future "curly" soup. Gradually pour the eggs and the dish is filled with cute curls. At the end of cooking, pour a spoonful of 9% vinegar into the soup. Stir the dish and check for acidity. If there is not enough acid, add another spoon. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
Fish soup
Sometimes you want something hot and nutritious, but you don't feel like peeling potatoes and other preparatory work. But there is a very quick recipe for curly soup with egg and no potatoes. Component List:
- any canned fish - 1 can;
- carrots - optional - 1 piece;
- onion - half an onion;
- 2-4 eggs;
- water - 1liter;
- s alt and spices - optional.
Fry carrots in a pan, mashed or chopped with chopped onions.
Put water in a small saucepan and wait for it to boil. In the meantime, beat the eggs in a bowl, lightly s alt and pepper them. We open the jar of fish and grind the contents as you like.
