You will need: 3-4 pollock fish, s alt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, ground black pepper, 2-3 tablespoons of olive or any other marinade oil, a small piece of butter, onion, half a glass of sour cream, a glass heavy cream, 1 tablespoon flour without a slide and dill.
Mix lemon juice, pepper, s alt and olive oil. Stir the fish into this mixture and keep it in the refrigerator while you prepare the sauce. For the sauce, finely chop the onion and sauté it in a mixture of vegetable and butter. For sauteinga low temperature is needed to only boil slightly. When the onion is soft, add a little heat under the pan. Pour in the flour and roll it in the pan for a couple of minutes to remove the floury taste. Add sour cream and stir for another 2-3 minutes until the product in the pan changes color. Then pour the cream there and, when it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum. Add dill finely chopped in a blender, s alt, mix and literally after 1 minute remove from heat. Now fry the pollock as described in the first recipe.
