To begin with, we suggest preparing everything for the filling, as it will need to be wrapped in a hot omelette, otherwise it will fall apart.

  1. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, fry over high heat, s alt and pepper, until tender.
  2. Peel potatoes, boil in s alted water until tender. Next, you will need to mash the puree.
  3. Grate the cheese, mix it with mashed potatoes.
  4. Cut the tomato into circles.

Now cooking the omelet itself:

  1. One egg mixed with a spoonful of milk,s alt and pepper a little, beat with a whisk. Pour the mixture into the pan, spread over the entire bottom. Fry on both sides.
  2. Place the omelette on a plate. Put mashed potatoes with cheese on one half of it, distribute evenly. Top with fried chicken, tomato wedge and herbs.
  3. Cover the filling with the other half of the omelet. Place the dish in the microwave for a minute to melt the mashed cheese.

Do this with each egg. We do not recommend mixing all the eggs with milk at once, because then it will be difficult to divide the mixture into equal parts - some will turn out more, the other - less, and even four may not be enough at all!

Serve this omelette warm, you can additionally decorate the plate with fresh vegetables: cucumbers, bell peppers, greens. We recommend putting a spoonful of sour cream on top of the omelet itself!

Arm your knife and fork, bon appetit!
