- 12grams of soda (or baking powder);
- sunflower oil.
As soon as all the products are assembled, you can get to work:
- In a deep saucepan boil water.
- Dip shrimp into it. After 2 minutes, put them in a colander and let the food cool.
- Clean the shells off the clams. In this case, the tail can be left.
- Now make the batter. To do this, combine the flour in a deep bowl with s alt and starch.
- Adding cold water gradually, knead the dough to medium consistency.
