We cut the Bulgarian pepper into cubes, three carrots on a grater, cut the onion into half rings. All this is fried in a frying pan in sunflower oil. At the very end, put the squeezed garlic. We take our dish out of the oven and add the roast there. Add water from above, again set to stew for 45 minutes. This recipe is a little different than beef lung because the pork is much softer and doesn't need to be cooked separately.
