8. We roll each part with our hands, lubricated with oil, in the following sequence: thickness with a finger, thickness with a pencil. Between these stages (according to the thickness of the dough) must pass at least 10 minutes.
9. The result should be elongated noodles, which will need to be additionally pulled through oiled fingers before boiling in s alted water.
Boil the noodles for 2 minutes. After we wash and grease with vegetable oil.
