Pie dough is kneaded from a bag of yeast (7 g), a glassmilk, 50 g butter or margarine, 50 g sugar, a pinch of s alt and 450 g flour. There is no need to pre-cook the dough. Just combine all the ingredients and knead the elastic dough. Leave it on the table for half an hour, wrapping it in cling film to make it fit a little.

Meanwhile, beat with a mixer 3 eggs, 200 g of sugar and the same amount of butter until a thick and high foam is formed. Then add 1 kg of cream cheese to the same mass. Mix well and refrigerate for a while.

Make a streusel. The recipe is as follows: grind 200 g of sugar into crumbs, the same amount of butter, a little cinnamon and 350 g of flour.

Shape a pie. Roll out the yeast dough and put it on a rectangular baking sheet, slightly raising the edges. Spread the curd filling evenly on top and sprinkle thickly with crumbs. Bake at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
