Of course, there are other recipes. At home, one of the simple and quick options is raw beetroot cutlets, which can be cooked in just half an hour. To do this, grate the beets, add semolina (5 g per cutlet) and leave to swell for 15 minutes. Then you need to add 2 raw eggs to the mixture and s alt well. Finely chopped garlic or ground ginger, as well as ground nuts (pine or almond) will give the cutlets a special flavor. In such beet cutlets you can put a smalla piece of frozen butter or hard cheese. After that, it remains to roll the cutlets in flour and fry them in a pan on each side for 5 minutes or more. It is best to chill them before serving. You can decorate the dish with green onions.
