  • s alt - 40 grams;
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp;
  • fennel (dry) - 1/3 tsp;
  • hot chili pepper (optional) - 1 pinch.

  • onion - 2 kg;
  • carrots - 2 kg;

  • water - 150 ml;
  • sugar - 100 grams;
  • s alt - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • vegetable oil - 210 ml.
