- apple cider vinegar - 250 ml;
- sugar (preferably brown) - 70 grams;
- mustard powder - 1/2 tsp;
- s alt - 40 grams;
- turmeric - 1/2 tsp;
- fennel (dry) - 1/3 tsp;
- hot chili pepper (optional) - 1 pinch.
Cooking
To prepare for the winter salad "Vitaminka" from zucchini and onions, you need to act like this:
- Peel the onion from the husk, cut the stalks off the zucchini.

- vinegar (9%) - 50 ml;
- water - 150 ml;
- sugar - 100 grams;
- s alt - 2 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil - 210 ml.
