The simplest is prepared in an elementary way: soft cottage cheese is taken in the amount of 200 grams, mixed with two tablespoons of sugar, half a glass of raisins, an egg and four tablespoons of semolina, distributed over a greased form and baked until blush, about half an hour.

Another casserole recipe is somewhat more time consuming, but even a novice cook can do it. Three persimmons are freed from the skin and cut into small cubes. Half a kilo of cottage cheese is mixed with half a glass of semolina, two spoons without a slide of sugar and an egg. The mass should stand for half an hour for the cereal to swell - there is quite a lot of it in this recipe. Then persimmon is mixed into the “dough”, and it is distributed over the form, greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. The top of the casserole is smeared with fat sour cream, after which the form is removed for half an hour in the oven. It is very tasty to eat a dessert poured with any jam.

Most kids are quite fond of donuts. However, this delicacy cannot be called useful: the dough only contributes to gaining mass, and overcooked butter does not have a very good effect on digestion and the work of other internal organs. Great substitute for donutswill be curd bagels. A package of soft cottage cheese (180-200 grams) is kneaded with an egg, a pinch of s alt and a spoonful of sugar. It is no longer recommended to pour the latter - baking in half of the cases does not rise when the dose of sugar is exceeded.

Already slightly cooled (but not completely cold) bagels are sprinkled with powdered sugar.
