First, let's prepare the dough for the yeast dough. In slightly warmed milk, dissolve one tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of s alt. We put the yeast there, mix, and then put in a warm place for about 10 minutes or until the yeast begins to rise. Next, knead the dough. Whisk the egg with the remaining sugar. Pour flour into a deep bowl. We put s alt in there. In the hill of flour we make a "crater". Pour the dough, beaten egg with sugar, vegetable oil into it and put slightly softened butter. Knead the dough thoroughly for ten to fifteen minutes. If you have a bread maker in your arsenal, great! You can use it by turning on the kneading or yeast dough preparation mode. Of course, all manipulations must be done patiently and without fuss. We cover the container with the prepared dough with a towel or cling film and put it in a warm place for an hour or two. During this time, the mass should increase in volume by about two to three times. You can periodically crush it. From such a dough, you can cook not only pies with potatoes, but also with other fillings. For example, with cabbage, mushrooms, meat, vegetables, cheese, onions and so on.
