Grocery set:
- 1, 3 liters of water;
- medium carrot;
- bay leaf - 1 piece;
- a pinch of dill seeds;
- one bulb;

Practical part:
- We put on the table everything from which we will prepare millet soup. Let's start with the main ingredient. Pour millet into the bowl.

- Start the "Steaming" mode. Our dish will be cooked for at least 40 minutes. When to add canned fish? It is best to do this 10 minutes before the end of the process. Don't forget to put bay leaves in the soup. It will give the delicacy a unique flavor.
Millet soup recipe with meatballs
Required ingredients:
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- a bit of millet;
- one bulb;
- bay leaf - 4 pieces;
- 350 grams of minced pork;
- greens;
- 3 potatoes;
- 1 tomato (pickled is fine too);
- baton;
- spices;
- medium carrot.
This soup is very nutritious and tender. In addition, it does not take long to prepare.
Cooking instructions
It involves several steps:
- First, let's make minced meat. Pass the pork pieces through a meat grinder. In the resulting mass, add chopped onion, spices and a loaf soaked in milk (1/3 of it). Knead the minced meat by hand. We form meatballs. There will be a total of 15 pieces depending on their size.
- Clean and wash potato tubers. Cut into cubes.
- What to do with carrots? Wash, clean and grate on a grater with large holes.
- Remove the husk from the onion. The pulp can be simply chopped.
- Another ingredient is bell pepper. Grind it into cubes or straws.
- Peppers, onions and carrots are sent to a preheated pan. Fry using butter.
- Pour 2 liters of water into the pan. We put on fire. We are waiting for the moment of boiling. Now add the fried vegetables to the water. Reduce the fire to a minimum. Timed for 10 minutes.
- In the future soup put potato cubes. As soon as the liquid boils again, add the washed millet and meatballs. S alt. Sprinkle the brothspices. Cook millet soup for another 15 minutes.

Product List:
- one bulb;
- 3 liters of water;

- 250 grams of potatoes;

- 100 grams of millet;

Cooking:
- Wash the meat in running water. We took the wings. They must be cut at the joints into 3 parts. Extreme phalanges can be removed in the refrigerator. And we send large pieces to a deep pan. - Chop the peeled potatoes into cubes. We chop carrots on a special grater. You also need to sort out the millet and wash it.
- So, the chicken meat is cooked. Now add millet to it. We mix. After 5 minutes, we send the frying, consisting of onions and carrots, to the pan. We put a bay leaf. S alt. Sprinkle with spices. How long will the soup cook for? Approximately 15 minutes. Then turn off the fire. Close the pot with a lid. Our dish should be infused for a fewminutes.
After that, we serve millet soup with chicken on the table. This recipe involves the use of greens as a decoration. Cilantro, parsley and dill will do. Chicken wings can be replaced with drumsticks or thighs.
Diet option
Ingredients:
- two eggs;
- medium carrot;
- spices;
- 5 tbsp. l. millet;
- some greenery;
- two potatoes.
Practical part:
- Chop the carrots on a grater. Stew it in a pan using olive oil.
- We sort through the grits. Rinse with water and dry.
- Put a pot of water on the fire. When the liquid starts to boil, add the potato cubes. S alt.
- After 10 minutes, send grated carrots and millet to the pan.
- Break the eggs into a bowl. Proteins and yolks do not need to be separated. Just beat them with a whisk for 60 seconds. 20 minutes after the carrots and millet were put in the soup, add beaten eggs. Mix again. It remains to cook the soup for another 5 minutes. At the very end of the process, sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs (dill and parsley).
