The second cream is chocolate, and for it you will need 1 can of regular condensed milk, 200 g butter and 100 g cocoa powder.
First you need to whip dry cream with milk and prepare chocolate cream: beat butter and gradually add boiled condensed milk there. With butter cream, everything is the same: add ordinary condensed milk and cocoa powder to whipped butter, mixing everything thoroughly. To form the cake itself - cover the bottom cake with a culinary ring,soak with pineapple syrup and generously smear with cream with boiled condensed milk, then sprinkle with peanuts. On the second, also soaked in syrup cake, you need to put a large layer of whipped cream, and on the third - a layer of chocolate cream. And, finally, we remove the ring, coat the sides of the cake with cream, sprinkle them with poppy seeds, and decorate the top with strawberry slices. Yes, no one with a sweet tooth can resist!
Participation in a TV show
The name of Maria Shabalina became known to viewers, since she had already starred in five projects: Fashion Therapy, Dress Me, Please, Lady Peasant Woman, Dinner Party and Rublevo-Biryulyovo. Maria Shabalina herself admits that thanks to this experience of participating in television projects, she is no longer afraid of either the camera or shooting. Although this is quite difficult, because in the programs in which she took part, it was necessary not only to look good in the frame, but also to behave naturally and with dignity. It was there that Maria had a chance to demonstrate not only her culinary skills, but also her ability to receive guests. The Dinner Party show is aired every week on REN TV. People of all ages, origins and professions take part in it. The bottom line is that five participants take turns visiting each other. Moreover, each of them has the samebudget and must adhere to equal conditions when purchasing products for preparing dinner. In just 3 hours, the participant, with the help of the host - Grigory Shevchuk or Alexander Kovalev, must prepare 3 dishes: an appetizer, a main course and a dessert. In addition, he needs to think over entertainment for four guests so that the evening is not only "tasty", but also not boring.
The complexity of the project also lies in the fact that at the end of the dinner, the participants rate the dinner. Considering that each of them has their own culinary experience, tastes and preferences, it is not difficult to imagine how much effort is required to please them. However, all these difficulties did not prevent Maria from winning the 360th week of the project. Interestingly, the participants of that week had to fight for victory in especially difficult conditions, since the menu budget was only 2 thousand rubles instead of the usual 5.
A long-awaited victory
The dinner menu included: salad "Kineshma" with potatoes and veal, as the main course - "Volga Pork" with pineapples, and for dessert, the guests enjoyed wafer rolls "For the beloved" with butter cream. Salad "Kineshma" got its name in honor of the city of Kineshma, which played a role in the life of Mary. The salad recipe, which includes potatoes, veal, Beijing lettuce, walnuts and mayonnaise, is quite simple. Although Maria had to hear criticism of him, in general, the guests appreciated not only the delicate taste, but also the beautiful presentation.
As for the main course, the participantsI liked the look, aroma and taste of veal with pineapple. Difficulties arose during the manufacture of the dessert, due to which the wafer rolls did not turn out in the form in which it was intended, but this did not affect their taste, the guests were satisfied. In total, the impressions from the dinner were displayed in 210 points, which Maria received from the project participants, which brought her a long-awaited victory and ensured her participation in the super game. But participation in it was not so favorable.
There are also gray days
To surprise the guests participating in the 361st week of the project, Maria included Palekh mimosa salad with saury in the menu, the main course was Golden Ring beef with mushrooms in sour cream sauce, and for dessert, guests were able to taste a cake "Painted box" with cream of condensed milk and butter. Although the first two dishes, unfortunately, did not make the expected impression on the guests, they simply could not resist the delicious cake.
A huge amount of strawberries, nuts and delicate taste did not leave any of the guests indifferent. Yes, Maria's experience, efforts and talent were not in vain, although they did not bring her victory in this case.
