Classic Sauce Recipe

To prepare it, we need half a kilogram of fresh strawberries, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and the same amount of sugar.

Before preparing the sauce, strawberries must be peeled and washed well. At the next stage, add sugar and lemon juice to the berry. Mix all ingredients with a blender. The resulting mixture must be rubbed through a sieve and mix well. We put in the refrigerator to cool. Everything, strawberry sauce is ready.

To prepare it, we need 150 g of red wine, 2 tablespoons of brandy, about 20 pieces of medium-sized strawberries, half an orange, a pinch of cinnamon, 2 pieces of cloves, one lemon, as well as one lime, 1 teaspoon of mustard and the same amount of butter, a pinch of brown sugar, 4 tablespoons of water.

Starting the cooking process. Pour red wine, brandy into the pan, add cinnamon and cloves. Stir the mixture, bring to a boil and leave on low heat for about 10 minutes. Water must be mixed with sugar and sent to the fire. Bring to a boil and boil for about 3 minutes. Next, add pre-washed and chopped strawberries to the syrup. Cook until the berries are soft. Pass the boiled strawberries through a blender, add the remaining fresh strawberries. When serving dessert, strawberry sauce can be topped with a mint leaf. After the sauce has cooled, it must be passed through a blender. It can then be bottled and stored in the refrigerator.
