  4. Sprinkle 15 g of s alt, 3-4 bay leaves, a few black peppercorns for spiciness. You can add carnation flowers, nutmeg and star anise - at will and taste.
  5. Cook another 5-7 minutes and remove from heat. Let it brew for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Stir. It is best to scoop the mixture with a ladle and pour it back.
  7. When serving, place a piece of butter in each cup to melt.
