  • "Cinzano" - has an unusual spicy taste. As a rule, it is offered as an appetizer with various spicy and sweet sauces for spirits.
  • Grunwald is a type of hard cheese with a delicate, slightly honeyed note.
  • "Amel" - known for its sour taste and bright aroma, leaves a slight aftertaste of walnut.
  • Curd cheese -fermented milk semi-solid product, which is prepared from goat's milk. It has a nutty flavor and goes well with semi-sweet and sweet wines.
  • Green cheese made with blue fenugreek. It has a pleasant taste, unusual green color and a specific smell of fenugreek. During the cooking process, the dried herb is placed in skim milk (the cheese takes about 6 months to mature).
