In 2008, the PR group of SUN InBev organized a competition for a new beer name. As a result, about 3,000 proposals came in with a variety of options. It so happened that 26 people out of the total number proposed the same name - "Old Chernihiv". As a result, it was decided to release a drink with just such an inscription on the label. For the experiment, the new Chernihiv beer was brewed in a limited batch. The customer liked the product. However, today it can only be purchased in the city of Chernihiv.
