Classic Olga salad recipe with chicken fillet

Ingredients:

  • One chicken fillet.
  • Six chicken eggs.
  • 100 grams of hard cheese.
  • Two apples.
  • One glass of nuts.
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise.

Process of cooking salad "Olga" with chicken fillet and cheese:

  • Rinse and clean the fillets, put in a saucepan. Fill with water and put on the stove. Cook until done. After we take it out, wait until it cools down, and cut into thin pieces. You can tear with your hands along the fiber.
  • Hard boil eggs, cool and peel. Separate the yolks from the whites. The first grate on a fine grater for decoration. Grate the whites on medium.
