- 70% acetic acid - 1.5 tablespoons;
- eight tablespoons of soy sauce.

How to cook Korean Vecha salad?
Pour some vegetable oil into the pan. The meat is cut into strips, chili peppers - two pieces, cut into small cubes. When the pan is hot, send the pepper to fry for a couple of minutes, then put the meat, pour five tablespoons of soy sauce and fry.
The onion is cut into half rings, thin enough. When the meat has been fried for fifteen minutes, chopped onions are added to it, mixed. Bulgarian and hot peppers are cut into cubes, added to the meat at the end of cooking, removed from the stove.
Cucumber is peeled, cut into strips, s alted and left for twenty minutes. Carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater. When the meat is ready, squeeze the cucumber, combine with it, add carrots and the rest of soy sauce with vinegar. The garlic is passed through a press and also sent to the Veche salad, everything is mixed. Such a salad should be infused in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes.
Salad with ground pepper and coriander
In this recipe, not fresh, but ground pepper is used. Also use a different set of spices. Therefore, with the seeming similarity of the two recipes, the output is a completely different salad "Veche" of cucumbers with meat.
The following products are taken for cooking:
- 400 grams of pork or beef;
- pair of large cucumbers;
- one bell pepper;
- one medium onion;
- two cloves of garlic;
- a teaspoon of ground red pepper;

- half a teaspoon of granulated sugar;
- two tablespoons of vinegar;
- the same amount of vegetable oil;
- four tablespoons of soy sauce;
- a teaspoon of ground coriander.
On average, one hundred grams of such a Vecha salad with meat produces about one hundred and fifty kilocalories.
How to make a delicious salad?
To begin with, cucumbers are cut into thick strips without removing the skin. The length of the strips is about five to seven centimeters. They are lightly s alted and left for at least twenty minutes.
Bulgarian pepper is peeled, the seeds and stalk are removed, cut into thin strips. The meat is washed and dried, and then cut into strips. Onions are cut into half rings, thick enough.
Now vegetable oil is poured into the pan, heated. Send the meat and fry, stirring occasionally. When the meat becomes ruddy, add the onion and soy sauce and simmer until tender. This will take a couple more minutes.
Cucumbers get rid of excess juice by squeezing them. Sprinkle with sugar, pepper and coriander. You can let the mixture stand for another five minutes. Garlic is also rubbed on a fine grater here. If desired, you can replace it with dried, but then the wonderful aroma will disappear.
The fried meat with onions is placed on a plate, cucumbers and bell peppers are laid out on top, poured with vinegar. Let the whole salad stand for five minutes to soak. When serving, you can decorate with a little greenery.
