How to cook Ukrainian dumplings, recipe from Poltava

To prepare it, you need: chicken or goose - half a carcass, one carrot, onion and beetroot each, potatoes - three pieces, canned tomatoes - one can, cabbage - a third of a head of cabbage, ground pepper, herbs, s alt, vegetable oil. For dumplings: kefir or yogurt - 300 ml, flour,soda and s alt. And we start cooking Ukrainian borscht with dumplings. Step by step recipe attached:
- Boil the broth from the meat. At the same time, we chop the peeled vegetables: beets and cabbage - into strips, onions and potatoes - into cubes, carrots - on a grater.

- Pour the potato cubes into the broth and cook until almost ready, then add the dressing and cabbage.

Cheese dumplings
Required ingredients: 100 grams of Dutch cheese, the same amount of flour and cheese, two tablespoons of butter, egg, semolina, nutmeg, s alt.
