We also need:Japanese wasabi horseradish (powder) and Provence mayonnaise for dressing.

How to cook

  1. First of all, mayonnaise must be mixed with wasabi. This mass will be used as a dressing for smearing layers.
  2. Rice is boiled as for making sushi. We do it this way: we wash the grains, fill them with cold water in a ratio of 1 to 2 (part of rice to two parts of the liquid), put on a strong fire to boil (about 5 minutes). Reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the stove and let it brew for half an hour under the lid.
  3. Boil carrots. Eggs too. While the part is cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients: cut the red fish into slices, and cut the cucumbers into cubes. Onion chop smaller.
  4. Boiled carrots, three eggs on a coarse grater. Mix eggs with herbs (which also need to be chopped beforehand) and season with mayonnaise sauce with wasabi powder.
  5. And the last thing: we lay the ingredients in layers, spreading them with wasabi mayonnaise. You can also sprinkle grated cheese on top if you wish.   7. We use mayonnaise as a dressing (you can also make this sauce yourself), combined with the juice of half a lemon (lime) and pickled ginger, which we cut into thin strips.
