Cooking process
Usually, parsley is simply frozen for the winter. But before placing the greens in the freezer, it must be carefully processed. To do this, you need to take a freshly picked product, put it in parts in a colander and wash it well in cool water. This procedure will deprive the parsley of not only dirt and dust, but will also allow you to wash off all available insects. In the process of such an event, it is also recommended to remove large and thick stems. They have practically no taste, and in a dish they do not look very beautiful.
After all the greens are processed, shake them thoroughly in a colander and distribute them on a large terry towel. In this positionparsley is recommended to stand until it dries slightly. Next, the greens should be distributed in plastic bags, loosely tied and placed in the freezer.

Cooking process

To do this, it must be placed in a colander and washed thoroughly under warm water. Next, you need to spread the parsley on a towel and deprive it of liquid as much as possible. After that, the product should be cleaned of large and thick stems, and then finely chopped.
To keep the greens in the refrigerator for a long time, it must be placed in a bowl, seasoned generously with sea s alt, and sprinkled with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Next, parsley needs to be placed in a glass jar,tightly tamped with a pusher. Thanks to this process, the product will give its juice and will be stored in it for the entire winter season.
After the parsley is tightly packed for the winter, it should be closed with an ordinary glass or plastic lid and put in a refrigerator.
It is worth noting that if you prepared the greens in the second way, then you need to add it to the finished dish, taking into account the fact that the seasoning already has a sufficient amount of s alt and lemon juice. The main disadvantage of this method is that, unlike a frozen product, a s alted product should be stored for no more than 4-5 months.
