- Sour cream – 500 gr.
- Sugar to taste (about ½ cup).
- Vanillin.
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Some nuts.
Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla well. Leave a little sour cream for decoration, and mix the rest with crackers. Line the cake mold with food film and put some of the crackers with sour cream into it, compact, only carefully so as not to crush the crackers. Spread sliced banana slices on this layer.
