Ingredients for cooking:
- pickled mushrooms (as you already understood, these should be mushrooms, ideally they are collected and pickled by you personally) - 500 grams;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- carrots - 400 g, which is equivalent to two pieces (if they are medium);
- cheese of any hard varieties - 200 g;
- mayonnaise;
- chicken (fillet) - 2 breasts;
- greens;
- potatoes - 300 g (3-4 pieces);
- garlic.
Making Mushroom Meadow Salad
Boil all the ingredients, except for cheese, herbs and garlic. Doing this in one pan is not worth it. We are waiting for complete cooling, three on a coarse grater. Greens and meat finely cut. Grind the garlic (pass through the garlic press) and mix with mayonnaise. Cheese can be rubbed on a fine grater.
The salad is laid out in layers, so we take any deep dishes, not necessarily front ones, because then we will transfer them to another plate. Cover with cling film or grease with sunflower oil. And then lay out the layers:
