To prepare this dish you will need:
- beets - 2 kg;
- s alt - 3 tablespoons;
- white cabbage - 2.5 kg;
- onion - 1 kg;
- carrots - 1 kg;
- tomatoes - 2 kg;
- bell pepper - 600 g;
- sugar - to taste;
- vinegar 6% -300 g;
- odorless vegetable oil - 200 ml;
- potatoes - 1 kg.
Cabbage, beets and carrots are finely chopped. Potatoes and onions are crumbled into cubes, and tomatoes are chopped with a blender. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add spices and put all the vegetables at the same time. Cook from the moment of rapid boiling over high heat for half an hour. After adding the bite, mix everything thoroughly and boil for another 5 minutes. AtIf you wish, you can put a finely chopped stalk of petiole celery, which will add piquancy to an already prepared dish. Arrange in banks and roll up.
This borscht for the winter, which takes a little longer to prepare than in the previous recipe, will become a real lifesaver. It is enough to add the contents of the jar to a pot of boiling water or broth, boil for 5 minutes - and you can serve it on the table with herbs and sour cream.
