Description and composition

Small B altic and European sprats are used to prepare sprat pate according to a proven classic recipe. These are small fish from the herring family, approximately 7-15 cm long.

The pate mass is prepared simply: the fish is smoked, generously flavored with vegetable oil, some vegetables or cereals are added for volume and mass and chopped. Then the pasta is packaged in jars, and it goes to the store shelves.

Bin a typical jar of sprat pate, the content of fish products is 50-60%, the rest is oil, water, rice or pearl barley and various seasonings.
