After the end of World War II, instant noodles were first created in Japan by Ando Momofuki. Its purpose was to feed the exhausted and impoverished inhabitants. The noodles were so delicious and easy to prepare that they quickly conquered the Asian market, and a little later conquered the whole world. In the Land of the Rising Sun, it is considered one of the most significant inventions. And since the beginning of the nineties, noodles have been produced in Russia. The most popular brands of noodles are Rollton, Doshirak and Anakom. The latter will be discussed in the article.

Production of the company "Anakom" is located in the city of Lakinsk, Vladimir region. The founder is Shmaraev Anatoly Grigorievich. Since 1991, the company has been producing food products using its own original technology: mashed potatoes, vermicelli, broths and, of course, instant noodlespreparations "Anacom". How do they do it?

What are Anakom noodles made of? Why is it ready in a few minutes? Many people ask these questions. And they cook it, as it should be for all pasta, from water mixed with premium wheat flour. The peculiarity of the product is that starch, a thickener and egg powder are added to the noodles. And the secret of fast cooking is in a special technological process. The fact is that at the primary stage of heat treatment at a temperature of one hundred degrees, the noodles are steamed for five minutes. This allows you to keep the shape of the product and increase the shelf life. After that, Anakom noodles are doused with s alted water to wash away all the remnants of the formed starch. Now the product is cut into briquettes, pre-soaked with vegetable oil. This is followed by heat treatment again, but deep-fried. The temperature at this stage of production is 150 degrees, and the processing time is reduced to four minutes. This method of preparation, as it were, seals the product, so that it is stored for a long time. The next step is to cool the noodles to 30 degrees and send them for quality control. If there is no marriage, it meets the production standard, it is packaged by adding vegetables, dry mixes, seasonings, sauces, broth.

The sauce is made from a mixture of water, s alt, oil, as well as starch, preservatives, flavor enhancer and stabilizers. Freeze-dried vegetables, processed in a special way, upon contact with hot water, return to their original shape and restore their taste.

The last control step is weighing and a metal detector, in case a foreign object accidentally gets into the product.
