  • curdled milk - 250 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. In a blender, beat the egg for five seconds, adding soda. Then add sugar, s alt and vegetable oil inside and beat again untilcomplete dissolution of all components.
  2. Pour the resulting mixture into a deep bowl, add 60 grams of flour and 120 ml of curdled milk, mix everything again until completely dissolved.
  3. Slowly add the remaining ingredients to the resulting mixture so that lumps do not form. The mass should be homogeneous and similar to liquid sour cream.

  5. Heat the burner on medium power, add a little oil and use a ladle to pour a portion of the mass into the middle of the pan. Tilt it in different directions so that the mixture spreads over the entire area.

  1. Boil the milk in a saucepan, then cool to room temperature.
  2. Stir with sour cream.
  3. Set the pot with this mixture aside and keep it at a constant temperature for five hours. To do this, the pan must be placed in a tank of hot water and constantly topped up as it cools.
