Cognac "Chernomorsky" is the oldest alcoholic drink. The first batches went on sale in 1964. The product is based on ten-year-old cognac spirits. European grape varieties (Chardonnay, Mskhali, Sauvignon, Kangun, Merlot, etc.), which are grown in Ukraine, became the basis for their production. A bit of history
Some time after the plant was founded, Nikolai Shustov bought it. The bell, a traditional symbol of the Shustov dynasty, became the basis of the company's logo. In 2007, together with the Khortytsya distillery and the Poltava distillery, it was merged into the Global Spirits holding. In 2016, the Odessa Cognac Factory was acquired by the Russian company Rodnik and K, based in Mytishchi.
How is the drink made?
According to experts, classical French technology is observed in the production process. To obtain alcohols, high-yielding and high-quality grape varieties are used. In an effort to enhance the taste of cognac, as well as its aroma and strength, varieties with a high sugar content are chosen.
Enamelled vessels with oak staves are used for aging. Also, natural oak barrels can be used for this purpose. In new containers, alcohol is aged for one year. Then it is poured into barrels made from 150-year-old oak. In accordance with the technology, the raw material is subjected to alcohol smoking, distillation and blending. Depending on the aging period, cognac has 3 and 5 stars.

Three-staralcohol is aged up to 3 years. Judging by the reviews, floral aromas and astringent taste are inherent in this cognac. To many, it resembles chocolate vanilla and grapevine. Alcohols in the five-star are infused for more than five years. The aroma is also dominated by floral shades. The peculiarity of cognac 5is that, thanks to cold processing and the use of the latest technologies, the product turned out with better organoleptic indicators.
