In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese, flour, s alt, and pepper. Make a small well in the mixture, pour water and oil into it. Knead the dough thoroughly. This will take approximately 5 minutes. Dust your work surface with flour. Knead the dough on it for another 5 minutes. Transfer the mass to a container, cover with a film, place in the cold for half an hour. The dough should "rest" a little.

Turn on the oven and set the desired temperature. Such cheese sticks are prepared at 190 ˚С. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with oil. The first option is more preferable.
