Rooibos is a traditional South African drink made from the leaves of the rooibos bush. Which means "red bush" in translation. It should be noted that when brewed, the drink acquires a red-orange color. That is why it is advised to brew it in a transparent teapot to enjoy not only the taste, but also the view.

The drink has a rather specific taste, and therefore it is advised to brew it several times. First time with any supplement. For example, you can use cinnamon, ginger, lemon, or add flavoring to Greenfield Rooibos tea. The second time you can brew without additives. The main thing to remember is that it is desirable to brew in a tea bag or in a filter, because the composition of "Rooibos" is a bit like sawdust that can seep through a strainer.
