How to cook

The meat is cooked very quickly (20-25 min.) in s alted water with the addition of bay leaves and peppercorns.
Dip chicken eggs in cold water and put on fire. As soon as the liquid boils, we look at the clock and note eight minutes. This will be enough for the egg to cook, but not lose its rich color in the yolk. Cut the onion into very small pieces. Grind the cheese with a grater.

While everything boils and gurgles on the stove, chop the onion. It should be crushed hard enough so that a slight onion flavor is present in the salad, and large and rather sharp-tasting pieces do not fall on the tooth. Smoked chicken fillet should be cut into sticks or thin long strips. The thinner the meat, the more tender the salad will be.
If possible, make your own mayonnaise. While eggs and potatoes are being cooked, there will be plenty of time for this. Take a couple of chicken eggs (preferably homemade), break them into a deep container. Add a teaspoon of mustard, a pinch of s alt, a little ground pepper to the eggs. Mix with a blender. Leaving the whisk in the container, begin to gradually pour in the vegetable oil. The more oil, the thicker the product will come out.
