There are many different recipes and types of salads: fish, meat, poultry, seafood and, of course, sweet fruit salads. We decided to dwell on some of them, namely, on the options for preparing the Sofia salad. Ingredients:
- bell pepper - 1 pc.;
- ham - 200 g;
- fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;
- smoked cheese - 150g;
- greens;
- mayonnaise.
Cooking:
- Rinse vegetables under water, cut into strips.
- Peel the ham from the film, prepare the smoked cheese for slicing.
- Cut as you like.
- Chop greens.

Salad is very easy to prepare. These products are enough for 4 servings.
Cooking list:
- cabbage - a third of a head of cabbage;
- an apple is half sour;
- onion - half head;
- canned corn - 4-5 tbsp. l.;
- crab sticks - 5-7 pieces;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- crab-flavored croutons – 1 pack;
- yogurt/sour cream - 1 tbsp. l.;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- mustard - to taste;
- seasonings.
Cooking:
- Wash cabbage and chop finely. Then wash with hands and s alt.
- Apple peel, as it will be superfluous, remove the core.
- Cut into strips or small cubes.
- Chop the onion into very thin (until transparent) rings, then cut them into four more parts.
- Free the crab sticks from the film and chop them too.
- Boil eggs, then grate.
- Pour dressing over all ingredients. To prepare it, you need to mix sour cream (yogurt) with mayonnaise, add mustard. Pepper, stir.
- Sprinkle croutons before serving so they don't fall apart.
Sofia salad with smoked cheese, of course, is radically different from this one, but thisdoes not prevent him from being tasty and refined.
Chicken overeating
This dish is very simple and low in calories. Great for people on a diet. Chicken goes well with fruit, and therefore we get an unusual taste and aroma.
Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 1 piece;
- pineapples - half a jar;
- apple (septenary) - 1 pc.;
- fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;
- mustard (can be grainy) - 1-2 tbsp. l.;
- mayonnaise (to taste);
- seasonings.
Cooking:
- Boil the chicken in s alted water. Cool down. Cut.
- Drain and cut pineapples.
- Peel cucumbers (optional), cut.
- Do the same with the apple.
- Season, pour mayonnaise and mustard, mix.

Veal yummy
Products for cooking:
- veal - 200 g;
- bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- parsley, dill - half a bunch each;
- lemon juice - half tablespoon;
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- suluguni - pigtail;
- seasonings.

For the salad you will need the following products:
- ripe avocado - 1 pc.;
- corn - 100 g;
- lettuce leaves - 3-4 pieces;
- shrimps - 100 g;
- crab sticks - 6 pcs;
- fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- onion - 1 small;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- coriander - a couple of branches;
- seasonings;
- sunflower oil;
- lemon juice (to taste).
Cooking:
- Marinate the onion in lemon juice for 20 minutes, after peeling and cutting into half rings.
- After pickling, drain the liquid into another bowl.
- Rinse, peel and coarsely chop the avocado.
- Tear lettuce leaves with your hands.
- Chop crab sticks into large pieces, like a fresh cucumber.
- Peel the shrimps.
- Boil eggs, cool, cut.
- Chop the coriander, pass the garlic through the press.
- Mix everythingingredients, add corn.
- S alt, pepper. Pour everything with vegetable oil with the addition of liquid from under the marinade. Season with crushed garlic.
