  1. In a small bowl, combine uns alted chicken broth (1/4 cup), soy sauce (3 tbsp), sweet rice wine (2 tbsp), chili sauce (1 tsp).
  2. Soba (350 g) is boiled according to the instructions on the package, without adding s alt and fat, then washed in cold water and transferred to a deep bowl.
  3. Crushed garlic, grated ginger (1 tsp each) and 450 g chicken breast cut into small pieces are fried in 1 tbsp rapeseed oil.
