  • fresh cucumbers 3pcs;
  • lettuce - 1 piece;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • greens;
  • dry white wine – 750 ml;
  • pepper (peas).

For sauce:

  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • cucumber - 1 piece;
  • egg yolks - 2;
  • powder mustard;
  • sunflower oil - 0.5 tbsp. l.;
  • high-fat thick sour cream – 150 ml;
  • lemon - 0, 5 pieces;
  • pepper, s alt.

So, take a pot, pour in 2 liters of water, wine, put it on the stove and wait for it to boil. We wash the vegetables under running water, peel, cut into large pieces and throw into the water. This is followed by coarsely torn greens, pepper (peas) and s alt.

Cook the mixture for about 30 minutes on minimum heat (it is necessary that the soup boil slightly). After that, remove the pan from the stove and let the broth cool down.

Nelma is cleaned of scales, fins, viscera and thoroughly washed under running water. Strain the cooled broth with cheesecloth. We put a clean broth on the stove and throw the fish.
