It gives strength, relieves fatigue, improves brain function, skin condition, increases hemoglobin (after all, it contains almost a third of the daily iron requirement), improves the functioning of many body systems, and it is also an excellent prevention against baldness and early wrinkles.

But! It is very high in calories (100 g of the product contains more than 500 calories). Which is not at all useful given its usefulness.
