- Flour - one tablespoon.
- Vegetable oil - four to five tablespoons.

Cooking method:
- Rice should be washed under running cold water, put on fire and cook until half cooked.
- Then rinse the rice, cool and add a raw egg, mixing everything thoroughly.
- After that, add the resulting mass to the minced meat, pepper, s alt, add seasonings to taste. When cooking minced meat, be sure to add onion to it to make it juicier.
- Now you need to form balls and put them on a baking sheet, previously greased with vegetable oil or sour cream. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- While the meatballs "hedgehogs" are languishing in the oven, prepare the sauce. To do this, onion and garlic should be cut into medium or small cubes andsend them to fry in vegetable oil in a preheated pan.
- After the vegetables become soft, you need to add tomato paste, flour to them, mix and immediately pour two glasses of water and beat everything with a fork so that there are no flour lumps left. Season with s alt and bring to a boil.
- Now you need to get the meatballs "hedgehogs" out of the oven, pour them with tomato sauce and send them back for 15-20 minutes.
The dish is ready, serve with any side dish.
Gourmet meat hedgehogs

- Any minced meat - 450g

- Ground black pepper - half a teaspoon.
- Water - 300 ml.

- Dry white wine - one tablespoon.

Cooking algorithm:
- Grated ginger, egg, soy sauce, pepper and chopped onion should be mixed with minced meat. Send washed raw rice to him.
- Pour water, wine, broth, sesame oil and a pinch of s alt (optional) into the pan and place the formed balls of minced meat there.
- Bring everything to a boil, make a slow fire, cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes.
