Let's start with the simplest. Brisket baked in a sleeve is prepared quite simply and not for long - but the result! By the way, the meat will be cooked in its own juice, without oil. True, it is still difficult to call it dietary. So, to get a brisket baked in the oven in the sleeve, you need the pork brisket itself, potatoes, mayonnaise, garlic, s alt, pepper, seasonings, you cangreenery. Wash the meat, dry it, make longitudinal cuts. We press the garlic with a special crush (if it is not available, rub it on a grater, on a medium shredder), mix with pepper and s alt. We generously rub the meat with this mixture, we also stuff the garlic mixture heartily into the cuts made earlier! Now we coat the meat with mayonnaise, leave it alone for a while, let it marinate.

In the culinary sleeve, tied on one side, we put our potatoes, on top - meat, tie the other edge, a couple of punctures - and in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees Celsius. Check readiness just in case, piercing the meat. Clear juice is the main sign that it's time to grab your forks! If you want fried meat - open the sleeve and hold for another ten minutes in the oven.
The brisket baked in the oven in foil is also delicious. Again, you will need meat (who would have thought!), spices, s alt, pepper, lemon, foil. We wash the brisket, carefully remove the top film with a knife and separate all the bones. If you don’t know how, call your assistants, promising them a delicious dinner. We rub the meat with s alt and pepper, you can take not ground, but peas, crushing it with your own hands. Add your favorite spices. By the way, if the meat managed to run properly during its lifetime (the pig was not very young), pour lemon juice over it.
Put the meat on the foil with the fat side up, on top (alongoptional) sprinkle with herbs, wrap the edges of the foil tightly so that there are no holes. We put the meat in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, after 15 minutes we set it to 180 degrees and forget about the brisket for an hour and a half. However, the baked brisket smells so good that it is unlikely to be forgotten. It is checked for readiness by the same "poke method". Transparent juice means that the brisket baked in the oven is ready! We take it out, cut it, swallowing saliva and pushing away with our elbows those who want to immediately bite off a larger piece.
Of course, these dishes do not pretend to be the most useful. But they are in every way better than semi-finished products and it is not known where exotic products were brought from. They say the easier food is prepared, the better for the body.
